RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
RESERVATION POLICY – NISARGDHAM NATUROPATHY
• Registration Fees INR 100 each for Indoor Patients.
• 20% of total payable in advance has to be deposited for booking confirmation which includes 10% of non-refundable processing charges in case of cancellation.
• Credit/debit cards, online payment, cash accepted.
• Visitors will get pure drinking water for free.
• Pick up and drop facility available on chargeable basis.
• The daily needs of the visitors can be purchased at a net rates.
• Management reserves the right to take final & binding decision in case of any disputes.
• Separate accommodation and food will be arranged for drivers and helpers accompanying the visitors at a minimum rate.
• Vehicle parking will be available on free of cost but once the vehicle is parked, the driver will not be allowed entry in parking area without permission.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY- NISARGDHAM NATUROPATHY
- Frequent amendments in booking dates are not entertained & after one such postponement, no further amendment is permitted and the advance deposit will be forfeited.
- 15 days’ notice is required in writing for the postponement/cancellation of a confirmed booking or else forfeiture will apply.
- In the event of premature discharge/departure (for any reason), no refund will be given. Credit note will be issued for the balance amount to be utilized within six months from date of issue against the applicable tariff at that point of time . Credit notes will not be issued for any period less than 3 days in balance.
- Patient discharged on account of indiscipline or non adherence of campus rules shall not be entitled for any refund.
- Booking should be for a minimum of three days. Even if booked for lesser days, charges for three days will be applicable.
- Accommodation charges payable from the date of confirmed reservation or the date of admission whichever is earlier.
- During your stay at the Health Care Centre, if you have to leave the program for any genuine reason, refund will be made by deducting 50 % on lodging and boarding. If your stay is more than 3 days refund will be made on pro rata base. Request for refund should be in written and will be settled within a week after the submission of request. If you are in a package, the treatment charges will be deducted.
- Cancellation refund will be settled within a 7 days to your bank account.
